Steps of booking Explanation
Step 1 - Tell us about your ideas We encourage you to talk to us about your ideas / wishes. We can and will help you put your travel planning wheels in motion. We will be ready to answer all your questions and worries and offer suggestions and advice for  your proposed trip.
Step 2 - We will send you detailed travel proposal Based on your interests and expectations, we will design your itinerary and select ideal accommodation and activities. Your proposal will be sent to you my e-mail
Step 3 - Together we will refine your itinerary Once you have studied the itinerary options and chosen the one you like, we will will answer any further questions you may have . 
Step 4 - Once you confirm

Once you are satisfied with the plan and arrangements, we will send you an invoice.   Once your payment is credited we will send you a receipt with booking and payment details .

Step 5 - Trip Plan, vouchers and coordination We will send you you vouchers, tickets and a comprehensive travel plan  tips for travelers and all important contacts in India.
Step 6 - Ready to start the trip
2–3 days before your start date, we will send out your pick-up details—with driver name, car number and how to find them on arrival.
From the moment you arrive until you board your flight home, you have a person to contact 24/7 via phone and e-mail for any assistance you may need.
Step 7 - Learning and improvement We will request you for feedback reagrding the tour. This is important input for our quality process.

We do not work with hidden costs or secret commissions
We make all bookings for hotels, transport and other services at cost price 
All costs are presented on the quotation including our management fees
Payment Policy
Please note, it is normal policy in the Indian Subcontinent that:
An advance booking fee (min. 50%) for every confirmed guest and/or group is charged by hotels within a week of booking.
Flights tickets can only be confirmed against full payment within a day of booking.
Train Tickets can only be reserved and booked against immediate full payment.
Monetary Transfer from within India
A normal bank transfer generally takes 1-2 working days before it is credited to an account in India.
A personal bank check will take approximately 3-4 days to be credited to the designated account.
Monetary Transfers to India from other countries
 
 
A normal bank transfer may take between 10-15 working days (or longer) before it is credited to an account in India
SWIFT Bank transfers to India are readily available and only take 3-4 working days to arrive.
IMPORTANT: The Indian Banking system does NOT recognize IBAN numbers for transfers.

Important Please note that the cancellation fees charged by the hotels, transport, guides etc is not standard. It depends on location, season. For example during peak season some hotel may not refund any portion even if cancellation is done more than 30 days before the booking date.

Seasons Flavour

Commanding magnificent view of the surrounding Himalayan peaks of Nanda Devi, Trishul, Ketu and Kamet , on the edge of the Nanada Devi national park, Auli is fast emerging as an important ski resort in India.

Nestled amidst the wooded slopes, surrounded by green meadows in the Kinnaur District of Himachal Pradesh, lies Baspa Valley also known as Sangla valley.

Binsar is a beautiful hill destination inside a forest reserve and bird sanctuary with magnificent 360 degree view of Kumaon Himalayan peaks.

Madikeri - a picturesque hill station of misty mornings and dotted with coffee and exotic spice plantations, lies in the Western Ghats of south-western Karnataka. Lachen 110 km from Gangtok, Lachen is a scenic Himalayan village of migrant Buddhist Bhutia yak herders called Lachenpas. Stunning green hills of rolling tea plantations surround breathtaking Munnar. The town provides a completely relaxing and therapeutic experience for jaded city dwellers - misty mornings, sweet scented air, whispering breezes and a chance to walk in the clouds.

Mussoorie is a popular hill station in the Garhwal Himalayas. Due to its panoramic views and its proximity to Delhi, Mussoorie has been a favourite weekend destination for visitors from the nearby plains since the time of the Raj.

The beautiful small township of Pelling lies 115 km from the state capital Gangtok. Known for its grand views of Kanchenjunga, the world’s third highest mountain, which rises to 9390m. Pelling is perched at an altitude of 2400m, and is a traveller’s delight due to its strategic location in the eastern Himalayas.

A long time ago Kumaoni queen Padmini was smitten with the scenic vista of this hill town leading to her king Sukhdev naming the area queen’s meadow or Ranikhet. Ranikhet still retains the unspoilt charm and sylvan surrounding that provides panoramic views to the Himalayan peaks.

A beautiful hill city tucked in the lap of Himalayas, Shimla retains much of its old world charm and nostalgic influence of the British Raj when it was the designated “summer capital” of India.

Srinagar, the exotic summer capital of Kashmir is an enigma shrouded in a veil of mystery, a fusion of beauty, culture and history that mesmerises, enthrals and still sows a seed of doubt in the mind of the departing traveller that a single visit is not enough to touch its heart.
